Weekend Lead Tech
About The Position
The Weekend Lead Tech provides on-site leadership and support during weekend shifts at the recovery center. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, supports admissions and patient intake, assists with specialized programming such as MeRT (Magnetic e-Resonance Therapy), and serves as a lead resource for Behavioral Health Technicians and support staff. The Weekend Lead Tech helps maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for patients while collaborating with clinical, nursing, and leadership teams. This position also works closely with the designated Leader on Call to address operational or patient concerns that arise during weekend hours.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in behavioral health, addiction recovery, or a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous lead tech or supervisory experience preferred.
