About The Position

At Life’s At Home Care, we don’t just provide care—we bring comfort, connection, and peace of mind to the families we serve. We’re looking for a Weekend Lead Care Provider (Floater) to deliver high-quality care while supporting our team across Hampton Roads.

Requirements

• Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification ( Required – No Exceptions )
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Compassion, reliability, and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Travel between client homes across Hampton Roads
• Cover weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
• Support and guide caregivers in the field
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding)
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
• Provide medication reminders and documentation
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with client transitions and urgent coverage needs
