About The Position

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes, creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families and supporting recovery and independence. Requirements

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience.
• Must have RN License within the State of Maryland
• RN License
• Home Care Experience Required
• Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.
• Strong computer and technology skills required.
• Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
