Weekend Groundskeeper (Part-Time)
About The Position
The Weekend Groundskeeper helps ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of Larry H. Miller Downtown Daybreak company-owned buildings, equipment, and facilities. Larry H. Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Demonstrates ethical and followership behaviors which promotes Larry H. Miller standards resulting in a cohesive and effective team environment
- Understands their role in providing service
- Clearly identifies and expresses issues in positive or negative situations
- Prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality

- Observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly
- Work performed primarily in an outdoor setting
- Exposure to custodial environments such as noise, dust, odors and fumes, chemicals, and adhesives
- Required to lift up to a minimum of 50
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, walk and move about facilities
- Perform other duties as required
Nice To Haves
- Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Trash pickup
- Power washing
- Assist with landscaping and weeding
- Moving items around property
- Replacing light bulbs
- Locking/unlocking doors
- Using blower
- Monitor and clean parking lots
- Sweeping
- Light maintenance
- Vendor coordination
- Help ensure the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming for tenants and guests
- All other tasks as assigned
