Weekend Experience Videographer

Southeast Christian Church•Middletown, KY

About The Position

The Weekend Experience Graphic Designer helps shape how people visually experience Southeast’s weekend services. This role takes the creative direction for sermon series and individual weekends and translates it into clear, compelling visual systems that support the message, key moments, and overall journey of the service. Working closely with the Creative Director of Weekend Experience and the broader Weekend Experience team, this person creates graphics and visual assets for environments across Southeast campuses and online. This role also helps campuses strengthen their weekend experience by identifying visual opportunities, solving design challenges, and providing tools and support that help each campus execute with clarity and consistency. The goal is not simply to make things look good. It is to use design intentionally to help remove distractions, reinforce what is being communicated, and create moments that help people engage with Jesus.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience designing for digital screens, large-format environments, live events, broadcast, or similar applications where designs need to work beyond a traditional computer or phone screen.
  • A collaborative creative who can contribute ideas, receive direction and feedback without ego, and work alongside people from different creative and ministry disciplines.
  • Someone who sees design as a way to serve people and solve problems, and who can listen to campus needs, understand the context of a room, and turn those needs into practical visual solutions.
  • Someone who can balance strong creative ideas with real production constraints, timelines, budgets, screen specifications, and the practical needs of multiple campuses.
  • A highly organized designer who can manage multiple projects, maintain clean working files, meet deadlines, and carry creative direction through the final details.

  • Participate in the Series Brief and Creative Brief process, contributing visual ideas that support the purpose, story, and key moments of each series and weekend.
