About The Position
KidStrong is seeking energetic and outgoing individuals to represent them at weekend community events throughout the fall. As a Weekend Event Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of KidStrong at various fairs, festivals, and family-focused events. Your role will involve creating a fun and welcoming experience at the KidStrong table, engaging with families, and generating leads by encouraging raffle entries. This is a seasonal, weekend-based position ideal for individuals who enjoy being active, meeting new people, and interacting with children and families.
Requirements
- Consistent, reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and stay active for extended periods
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, in any weather or temperature
- Outgoing, confident, energetic, and welcoming personality
- Confidence speaking with both adults and children
- Must be available most Friday evenings, all day Saturdays, and all day Sundays, September through November
Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned event sites across the greater Austin area
- Set up and break down the marketing table and activity as outlined for each event
- Engage warmly with families and children who stop by the table
- Encourage families to enter the raffle to generate leads
- Represent the KidStrong brand with energy and professionalism
