About The Position

Universal Transportation Systems, LLC. has an opening for a friendly, reliable and experienced dispatcher to join our growing company! UTS provides school transportation for students. We primarily service the City of Cincinnati, Warren County, Fairfield, Middletown, Hamilton, Westchester, and Dayton, OH areas. As a dispatcher and call center rep you are responsible for directing and monitoring daily assignments, assisting in scheduling drivers to students and ensuring the trip is completed on time, assisting drivers with directions, coordinating vehicle service and mechanical repairs with maintenance supervisor, managing any situation that may disrupt service and handle driver concerns.

Requirements

• Experience dispatching is a must
• Previous experience working in a high-volume call center
• Ability to read and understand maps
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word experience is a must!
• Strong knowledge of the greater Cincinnati area
• Dispatch and GPS software knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Team player
• Highly motivated
