Responsibilities
- Initial and ongoing screening of resident and residents' property in accordance with rules.
- Supervise clients in self-medication (with supervision).
- Conduct health and welfare checks in accordance with unit policies and procedures.
- Communicate all pertinent information, incidents, and emergencies, using the proper systems, including the SAC communications log, incident log, and 24-hour On Call system.
- Provide crisis intervention and follow-up, including documentation of the incident.
- Overall supervision and management of the client population in the residence.
- Other duties as assigned.
