Enhances and improves the SRIM experience for residents, families, and visitors, promotes the core value of the Golden Rule, answers the telephone courteously, and executes routine clerical work. This role involves interacting with residents, families, and visitors with empathy and kindness, assisting with new hire paperwork, supporting the Business Office Manager, handling mail, typing correspondence, responding to resident requests, greeting visitors, answering questions about the community, communicating effectively with residents, ensuring residents are signed out when leaving, following instructions, practicing safe working habits, observing and reporting safety hazards, knowing residents and families by name, following policies and procedures in emergency situations, working as a team player, demonstrating a positive and respectful attitude, complying with attendance policies, attending trainings and meetings, wearing appropriate attire, refraining from discussing resident care issues with families and visitors, following HIPAA regulations, assisting with training new employees, taking initiative, and performing other reasonable duties as assigned. The role may also involve housekeeping, laundry duties, and assisting residents in the dining room.
