Requirements

• Passion for helping others

Nice To Haves

• Retail, membership, or wellness sales experience
• Customer service experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, or related industries
• Familiarity with scheduling software, phones, and computer systems

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through our proven Wellness Program membership process
• Build genuine relationships that encourage long-term client loyalty
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences
• Help resolve concerns with professionalism and care
• Support daily studio operations and contribute to a positive team culture

• Monthly performance bonuses based on membership conversions
