About The Position
White Oak Manor Waxhaw is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN or RN to fill our part-time Weekend Premium, Charge Nurse position. This individual will assess patient/resident care needs and assists in implementing appropriate action. We are seeking a nurse that specializes in providing person-centered nursing care. The ideal candidate is flexible and innovative with excellence in communication, strong leadership, a critical thinker, problem solver, excellent customer service, and efficient organizational skills. Must relate professionally with patients, residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians and vendors.
Requirements
- Current state nursing license, in good standing

- Experience in long-term care experience is preferred but not required
