About The Position
Comfort Keepers is seeking caring and loving Caregivers who enjoy providing compassionate care. This role involves providing friendly companionship and assistance with daily activities, including dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, running errands, laundry, and light housekeeping. Personal care services include bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, incontinence care, feeding, and other related services. The caregiver will also provide transportation to doctor's appointments and run errands.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Skilled in Hoyer lift, gait belt, and transfer boards
- Must have a reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Must pass a background check
- Honest, dependable, respectful of dignity and privacy
Nice To Haves
- Dementia/Parkinson's care experience preferred
- Facility setting experience is a plus
