About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one support to seniors and individuals who wish to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. Weekend availability is required for this position. Additional day, evening, overnight, and weekday shifts may be available based on your availability and service area. For over 20 years, Guardian Angel Senior Services has been helping seniors maintain their independence through quality home care services. Requirements

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy
• Ability to accurately document care and communicate with supervisors
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English to effectively communicate with clients, families, and staff
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply

Nice To Haves

• HHA or CNA
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition or well-being
• Follow individualized care plans and document services provided
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
