Requirements

• Current CPR/First Aid certification or commitment to obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow all safety protocols.
• Clear, compassionate communication skills.
• Respect for client privacy.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Passion for enriching the lives of older adults.
• Availability and commitment to both Saturday and Sunday.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a caregiver, HCA, PCA, or similar role.
• Experience working with seniors, especially those living with dementia or Alzheimer's.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers.
• Prepare simple, nutritious dishes and handle light laundry.
• Tidy living spaces.
• Support gentle walks or therapist-approved stretches.
• Provide medication reminders and note any wellness changes.
• Engage in conversation, games, or accompany clients to appointments and shops.
