About The Position

Premier Caregiver Services is actively hiring experienced caregivers, personal care assistants (PCAs), companion caregivers, and home care aides throughout Louisville and surrounding areas in Kentucky. We are a locally owned and operated home care agency dedicated to helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Our caregivers are the heart of our organization, and we strive to provide a positive, supportive work environment where you are valued and respected. As a member of our caregiving team, you will provide non-medical in-home support to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily activities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
• Ability to travel to client homes
• Strong communication skills
• Professional and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

• 1 year or more of caregiving experience
• Experience working with seniors
• Home care, assisted living, memory care, PCA, CNA, or caregiver experience

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance: Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Meal preparation and nutrition support
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Assistance with walking, transfers, and mobility
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Companionship and emotional support
• Engaging clients in conversation and activities
• Monitoring client well-being
• Reporting changes in condition to the Care Manager
• Maintaining accurate care documentation
