About The Position
Looking to earn extra income while doing something meaningful? Join our team as a Weekend In-Home Caregiver and spend your weekends making a real impact in someone’s life. You’ll work weekends, with the opportunity to pick up additional weekday shifts if you’d like more hours. We’re looking for reliable, compassionate caregivers who want flexible hours, incentives, and a team that truly appreciates what you do.
Requirements
- Caregiving or healthcare experience preferred (home care, nursing home, etc.)
- A dependable, positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfort working with seniors or individuals needing extra support
- Ability to assist with lifting/transfers when needed
- CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dementia or memory care is a plus
Responsibilities
- Help clients with daily routines like bathing, dressing, and getting around safely
- Prepare meals, snacks, and keep the home tidy
- Offer companionship and conversation—sometimes that’s the best care of all
- Support with medication reminders and basic health monitoring
- Assist with transfers (including equipment if needed)
- Keep an eye on changes and communicate with the care team
