Requirements
- A heart for helping others and treating clients with dignity and respect
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if providing transportation)
- Must pass background, DMV, and drug screening per Tennessee state standards
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship , conversation, and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation , light housekeeping , and daily routines
- Offer transportation for errands or appointments
- Give medication reminders and encourage healthy habits
- Support clients with personal care and dementia-specific needs
