About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Weekend Caregivers and Home Care Aides in Milford, NH and surrounding communities. This is a great opportunity if you're looking for part-time weekend work, a second job, extra income, or a flexible schedule while helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. FREE training and certification may be available for qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Genuine desire to help seniors
- Dependable and responsible
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable providing personal care
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to assigned client locations
- Can work independently in a client's home
- Can complete required employment and background screening
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required.
- Experience as a Caregiver | PCA | HHA | CNA | LNA | Home Health Aide | Personal Care Assistant | Direct Care Worker
Responsibilities
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Helping with personal care and daily activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Providing medication reminders
- Assisting with mobility
- Helping with errands when needed
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
- Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
- Following the client's care plan
