Weekend Caregiver (Private Duty)

Our team provides personal care, companionship, homemaking, and specialized services like dementia and end-of-life care. But most importantly, we foster strong relationships with our clients and our caregivers.
Requirements
- Weekend availability
- Provide personal care according to the client’s care plan, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and helping with transfers as needed
- Provide medication reminders and support daily routines
- Prepare simple, healthy meals
- Perform light housekeeping such as dishes, laundry, and tidying up
- Provide transportation to appointments and assist with miscellaneous errands
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Communicate any changes or concerns to the office or family
