Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
Assist with ambulation and transfers as needed.
Document care provided and report changes in client condition.
