About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to work weekend night shifts in Winston-Salem, NC. This is a 13-week contract position focusing on inpatient behavioral health for adult and geriatric patients. The role requires active participation in patient care, including crisis intervention, de-escalation, behavioral management, and administration of psychiatric medications.

Requirements

• Active NC RN or Compact License
• 2+ years of Behavioral Health / Inpatient Psychiatric RN experience
• BLS certification
• MOAB or CPI certification
• Epic experience
• Experience with crisis intervention, de-escalation, behavioral management, and psychiatric medications
• Weekend availability for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in an inpatient behavioral health setting.
• Administer psychiatric medications.
• Engage in crisis intervention, de-escalation, and behavioral management.
• Work weekend night shifts, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
