About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Weekend Baylor Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health nursing visits on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday day shifts. The Baylor RN provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes, patient education, coordination of care, and timely documentation. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and one-on-one patient care.
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Strong assessment, communication, and time management skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
- OASIS experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete skilled nursing visits in patient homes
- Perform patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Administer treatments and provide disease management education
- Monitor medication compliance and patient progress
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Accurately complete electronic documentation in a timely manner
