You don’t need deep specialty coffee experience to join us — we’ll train the right person. What matters most here is reliability, a positive attitude, care for community, and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Punctual, dependable, and ready to work
- Comfortable taking initiative and staying productive
- Friendly, welcoming, and great with people
- Open to feedback and growth
- Able to thrive independently and as part of a team
- Weekend availability is required
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality or customer service experience is a big plus but not required.
- Specialty coffee knowledge is welcomed — not required.
Responsibilities
- Make and serve coffee and related drinks with attention to quality and consistency
- Share recommendations and connect with guests with genuine warmth
- Work confidently in busy service periods
- Stay productive during quieter times (restock, clean, prep, organize)
- Treat teammates and guests with respect
- Communicate clearly and stay open to coaching
- Contribute to a space that feels inclusive and welcoming for everyone
- Maintain clean and safe workstations and guest areas
