About The Position

Embark Behavioral Health invites compassionate communicators with a background in call center support, customer service, or sales to join their team as an Overnight Admissions Coordinator. This role is crucial for helping families find hope and healing by serving as the first point of contact for families seeking behavioral health treatment during after-hours. The coordinator will provide empathetic support and guide families through their initial steps toward care.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in admissions, call center, customer service, or sales roles
  • Excellent verbal communication and crisis de-escalation skills.
  • A tech-savvy individual who can confidently navigate systems like Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • A calm, caring, and professional presence, especially when working with families in stressful or emotional situations.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or behavioral health experience is a strong plus!
  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Be available to take at least one on-call overnight shift per week within part-time hours (29 Hours).
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for families calling after hours, offering compassionate, clear communication and guidance.
  • Conduct initial phone assessments to understand the needs of potential clients and their families.
  • Use active listening and empathy to build rapport and help families feel supported.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Accurately document all interactions in Salesforce CRM, maintaining compliance and detailed records.
  • Proactively address questions, provide solutions, and support families in taking their first steps toward treatment with Embark.
