About The Position
Right at Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekday Caregiver to provide in-home support that enables seniors and vulnerable adults to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their homes. We serve clients throughout the Rogue Valley, including Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent. Our mission is to provide connection, dignity, and comfort, making a positive difference one client, one family, and one caregiver at a time.
Requirements
- Successfully pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
- Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Providing medication reminders.
- Assisting with mobility and transportation.
- Safety supervision and peace of mind.
- Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.
- Communicating effectively with our office team.
