As a Weekday High Reach Forklift Operator (ESR), you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers’ products are received, stored, picked, and shipped safely and accurately. RLS provides the tools, training, and support needed to become a cold chain expert. Requirements

• Previous high reach (ESR) forklift experience required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Willingness to work in cold storage conditions
• Humble mindset with a strong desire to succeed

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach (ESR) forklifts and other powered industrial trucks
• Count freight received and shipped
• Verify counts against drivers’ Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Identify and document count variances and obtain required driver signatures
• Prepare overage, shortage, and damage reports
• Select and stage outbound product for shipment
• Meet performance metrics established by the Warehouse Manager
• Pallet wrapping is a significant part of the role
