About The Position

Wedgewood Weddings is seeking energetic banquet servers to join their team and help create amazing memories for couples on their wedding day. This role involves diving into event operations by setting up the venue according to event specifications, ensuring every detail is perfect for clients. This includes arranging tables and chairs, setting up event spaces, preparing food stations, and handling other essential event tasks. The server will keep the party going by seamlessly serving meals, clearing tables efficiently, and maintaining a clean and fun environment for guests. They will also act as a go-to resource for guests, offering friendly assistance with menu options, dietary needs, and event details. Adherence to strict safety and sanitation guidelines is crucial, as is pitching in with post-event cleanup to prepare the venue for the next celebration.

Requirements

No experience needed – just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Ability to thrive under pressure and remain calm when things get hectic.
Quick on your feet and love to hustle.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be available for shifts longer than 8 hours and workweeks longer than 40 hours.
