About The Position
We're a multi-brand wedding media company producing cinematic wedding films across several states, and we're looking for a skilled video editor to join us on a remote, work-from-home basis.
Requirements
- Proven experience editing wedding films or comparable event/documentary work (portfolio required — include highlight reel links with your application).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong sense of pacing, music selection, color grading, and audio mixing (clean ceremony/toast audio is non-negotiable).
- Reliable home workstation capable of handling 4K multicam footage.
Responsibilities
- Deliver two edits from raw footage for each wedding assigned: a 3-5 minute cinematic highlight film and an extended edit up to 45 minutes.
- Create emotionally paced, music-driven highlight films showcasing the best moments of the day.
- Produce fuller documentary-style extended edits covering the ceremony, toasts, first dances, and key events in sequence.
- Incorporate one round of client revisions per project.
- Meet delivery deadlines.
