Wedgewood Weddings is seeking experienced hospitality leaders for their General Manager in Training (GMIT) program. This program is designed for established leaders to master the Wedgewood management model over 6-12 months, gaining hands-on experience in sales, event execution, culinary operations, and financial management. Trainees will be supported by experienced General Managers and centralized teams. The role involves overseeing all venue departments, recruiting and developing teams, driving financial success, executing high-volume events, championing company culture, and adapting to a dynamic schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. The position requires regular availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as shifts longer than 8 hours and workweeks exceeding 40 hours.
