About The Position

We are seeking a talented, experienced wedding photographer who can create imagery that tells a couple’s wedding-day story beautifully. The work involves capturing both candid and posed moments. Photographers are expected to approach each shoot with enthusiasm, poise, and style while managing the day efficiently and effectively. The role also offers the opportunity to continue independently building your own business while filling open dates with us.

Requirements

• Proven professional shooting experience, including wedding photography experience.
• Own high-quality digital photography equipment, including a camera and backup, lenses, and flash.
• Have a unique, attention-grabbing portfolio.
• Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, or other photography-specific software.
• Skill in shooting and lighting.
• Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Capture candid and posed moments that tell a couple’s wedding-day story.
• Capture and process images, including culling and light enhancement, until the desired results are achieved.
• Shoot a variety of styles.
• Provide available dates.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures.
