About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help bring our events to life behind the scenes. This role is all about setting the stage—literally. We're a family-owned business that's been revolutionizing the wedding industry since 1986. With 70+ venues coast to coast and growing, we offer beautiful locations and stress-free planning with our all-inclusive packages. Our expert team specializes in handling all the logistics, meaning clients can sidestep the headaches of planning a wedding. We're a team of hospitality enthusiasts who do whatever it takes to create flawless, fun, and unique events. Our goal? Delivering the best value, service, and convenience to every client, every time. Requirements

Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving, and being on your feet)
Detail-oriented—you notice when things aren’t straight or aligned
Team player with a good attitude (this is a fast-paced, collaborative environment)

Nice To Haves

Prior event or setup experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Set up event spaces with tables, chairs, linens, and décor
Arrange ceremony and reception layouts based on floorplans
Assist with placing and organizing centerpieces, glassware, and settings (CGS)
Reset and flip rooms between events as needed
Work efficiently as part of a team to meet tight timelines
