This leadership role goes beyond event execution — you’ll guide a team, manage timelines, and ensure each celebration runs flawlessly from start to finish. We are actively seeking candidates with open availability, including early morning events, evening events, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Banquet Captain or in a similar hospitality leadership role is required. Wedding and event experience strongly preferred.
  • Open Availability (Required): Candidates must have flexible, open availability including: Early morning events
  • Evening events

  • Master Multitasker: Confidently manage event setups, shifting timelines, client interactions, and team leadership in a high-energy environment.
  • Leadership & Initiative: Proven ability to lead a team with a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and event aesthetics to ensure every celebration exceeds expectations.
  • Commitment to Excellence: A passion for delivering flawless experiences and creating lasting memories for couples and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Event Execution: Oversee event setups, coordinate with vendors, direct event staff, manage event timelines, and ensure flawless execution from start to finish.
  • Mentor & Motivate: Support, coach, and inspire event staff to deliver exceptional hospitality and exceed guest expectations.
  • Stay Ahead of Challenges: Anticipate potential issues and troubleshoot quickly and professionally to keep events running smoothly.
  • Enhance Guest Experiences: Serve as the primary on-site leader, resolving concerns promptly and ensuring couples and guests feel supported throughout the event.
  • Maintain Standards: Uphold rigorous health, safety, cleanliness, and service standards that reflect our company excellence.
