About The Position

Join a network of independent alteration professionals specializing in bridal and wedding wear. Alter wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and mother-of-the-bride/groom dresses, including hemming, bustles, bodice and waist alterations, straps, cups, and zippers. Work with structured bridal gowns featuring multiple layers, lace, beading, linings, boning, and tulle. Conduct fittings, take precise measurements, communicate timelines clearly, deliver high-quality finishing, and maintain an organized workspace suitable for fittings. Requests may also include prom dresses, evening gowns, cocktail dresses, suits, and other formalwear. This is an independent contractor role with work-from-home flexibility; local client requests are provided through the platform, and professionals may accept jobs that fit their schedule.

Requirements

Proven experience with bridal and/or women's formalwear alterations.
Strong garment construction knowledge and precision measuring skills.
Proficiency in machine and hand sewing.
Professional communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
