Wedding Coordinator
About The Position
Chapel of the Flowers, a premiere Las Vegas wedding chapel, is seeking organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic individuals for a Wedding Coordinator position. This role focuses on the day-of wedding experience, aiming for complete customer satisfaction and ensuring each couple feels special throughout their big day. The company is LGBTQ friendly and serves all couples. This is a physically active, fast-paced position requiring positive energy, stamina, and the ability to emotionally connect with couples. The role involves guiding and managing guest groups, assisting couples on their wedding day, ensuring the wedding team is on schedule, and performing administrative tasks to prepare for the wedding day.
Requirements
- Must have an open schedule
- Weekends are a must
- A TAM or AAT card is required (and it will be your responsibility to obtain and maintain it)
Responsibilities
- Guiding and managing multiple groups of guests and couples throughout each shift
- Assisting couples on the day of the wedding to send them down the aisle and help them have an amazing experience
- Ensuring that each person on the wedding team is in the right place at the right time
- Administrative work that helps to prepare for the wedding day
