The Wedding Coordinator will partner with the Wedding Couple, the Care Coordinator, and the Officiant to plan a God-honoring and well-prepared ceremony. The wedding coordinator will explain the logistics and details of planning the ceremony to the couple and will be available to answer questions, advise throughout the wedding planning process, and execute the rehearsal and ceremony. Be available to coordinate about 6 weddings per year and more upon availability. Meet with couples in person at Grace Church for an initial and final meeting; communicate regularly with couples in between meetings. Communicate the ceremony needs to the Grace Teams involved in a timely manner. Execute the rehearsal and ceremony through comprehensive communication, organization, and procedure execution. Travel to off-site venues as requested. Participate in quarterly training/meetings.
