About The Position

Our CCSA position is an entry-level role designed to equip individuals with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the wedding industry. This role provides hands-on experience in event management and wedding planning, serving as a stepping stone for future growth within the company, potentially leading to the Catering Sales Manager role. The position involves managing all aspects of events, from setup to guest sendoff, mastering banquet operations, coordinating wedding details, and assisting with administrative tasks. Collaboration with various teams, including in-house planning, sales, on-site staff, and external vendors, is crucial for delivering exceptional experiences.

Requirements

Hospitality experience is a plus.

Regular availability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Availability for shifts longer than 8 hours and workweeks exceeding 40 hours.

Nice To Haves

Hospitality experience.
College degree or equivalent hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

Run events from setup to guest sendoff, including serving and banquet captaining.
Coordinate all details of couples' celebrations and ensure smooth execution on the wedding day.
Take charge of rehearsal coordination, decor setup, and seamless day-of wedding planning.
Assist with administrative tasks such as creating floor plans and vendor communications.
Collaborate with in-house planning and sales teams, on-site event staff, and external vendors to deliver incredible experiences.
