About The Position

Our CCSA position is an entry-level role designed to equip individuals with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the wedding industry. This role provides hands-on experience in event management and wedding planning, serving as a stepping stone for future growth within the company, potentially leading to the Catering Sales Manager position. The CCSA will learn the ins and outs of banquet operations, from setup to guest sendoff, and will be responsible for coordinating wedding details to ensure smooth execution on the big day. This role also involves administrative tasks such as creating floor plans and communicating with vendors, and requires collaboration with various internal teams and external vendors to deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

Run events by handling all logistics, from setup to managing the event team and guest sendoff.
Master banquet operations, including serving and banquet captaining.
Coordinate wedding details and ensure smooth execution on the big day.
Take charge of rehearsal coordination and decor setup.
Ensure seamless day-of wedding planning.
Assist with administrative tasks such as floor plans and vendor communications.
Collaborate with in-house planning and sales teams, on-site event staff, and external vendors to deliver incredible experiences.
