About The Position

Wedgewood Weddings is seeking energetic banquet servers to join their team and help create amazing memories for couples on their big day. This role involves diving into event operations, including setting up the venue according to event specifications, arranging tables and chairs, setting up event spaces, preparing food stations, and handling other essential event tasks. The server will keep the party going by seamlessly serving meals, clearing tables efficiently, and maintaining a clean and fun environment for guests. They will also act as a go-to resource for guests, offering friendly assistance with menu options, dietary needs, and event details. Following strict safety and sanitation guidelines is crucial, as is pitching in with post-event cleanup.

Requirements

No experience needed – just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Must thrive under pressure and keep calm when things get hectic.
Must be quick on your feet and love to hustle.
Must be passionate about creating wow moments for people.
Must be organized.
Must be detail-oriented.
Requires regular availability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Requires availability for shifts of more than 8 hours and workweeks of more than 40 hours.

Hospitality experience is a plus.
