Requirements

  • Proven experience in wedding and special events planning and execution
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity and a keen eye for design and aesthetics
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of weddings and special events, from initial inquiry to event execution
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget
  • Conduct site visits and provide guidance on event setup, decor, and design
  • Create detailed event timelines and manage event budgets
  • Coordinate with various departments (catering, banquet, audiovisual, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Oversee event setup, including seating arrangements, decor, and audiovisual requirements
  • Supervise event staff and external vendors to ensure exceptional service and adherence to event timelines
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process and on the event day
