The company has more than 60 locations through which it distributes products, equipment and chemicals, and provides customers with other value-added services including equipment repair, equipment rental and education. Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Website Coordinator to support our team in managing customer inquiries, resolving account and product-related issues, and performing general administrative and communication tasks. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative, support, or customer service role (experience in a web or e-commerce environment preferred).
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Magento and BigCommerce platforms (customer administration, product updates, catalog management).
  • Experience using CRM or help desk systems (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Familiarity with online store platforms or web content management systems.
  • Basic understanding of web processes, digital communication, or e-commerce workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the team inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer and internal inquiries.
  • Handle basic account and product issues, including troubleshooting common user problems and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Track, document, and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Support the web and customer service teams with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to coordinate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
