Website Coordinator Intern Summary We’re looking for a detail-oriented Website Coordinator Intern to help keep our digital presence sharp, accurate, and up to date. If you enjoy organizing content, polishing images, and making sure websites look like actual adults run them, this is your gig. No coding wizardry required.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for good visual presentation.
- Basic photo-editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
- Comfort working in website CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, or comparable).
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking into a cold sweat.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Elementor, HubSpot CMS, or uploading content in similar tools.
Responsibilities
- Update website content, including text, images, and basic page layouts.
- Resize, crop, and optimize photos to match brand standards.
- Assist with uploading promotions, news, events, and other site updates.
- Perform routine site maintenance checks to ensure links, forms, and pages behave themselves.
- Help maintain organized content libraries for images and digital assets.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistency across the site.
