Department The Website & Digital Media team manages the organization’s official website and core digital platforms. This department is responsible for content publishing, site updates, analytics, and collaboration with marketing, editorial, and production teams. The team serves as a central hub for news, event information, and digital storytelling, supporting fan engagement across owned platforms and live event coverage.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree program directly related to the role, such as Digital Media, Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Television, Film, or a similar discipline
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with blogging or content management platforms such as WordPress or Tumblr is a plus
  • Above-average knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus
  • Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day content publishing and maintenance of UFC.com
  • Support the creation and management of digital content across owned platforms, including UFC.com and @UFCNews on X
  • Research fights and assist with pulling footage to support video editing and content production
  • Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, page building, rank tracking, and optimization best practices
  • Assist with capturing athlete content in coordination with editorial and production teams
  • Support event coverage efforts, including fight nights, media days, weigh-ins, and press conferences
  • Assist with analyzing digital performance data and compiling basic reports and insights
  • Support the Website & Digital Media team on additional projects and initiatives as needed
