Department The YouTube Content team is responsible for managing and optimizing video content across UFC’s official YouTube channels, helping bring the sport and its athletes to fans around the world. This team supports content publishing, performance tracking, and platform strategy to grow audience engagement and expand the UFC’s digital footprint. Working closely with digital, creative, and production teams, they help ensure content is published accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with overall content strategy. The team plays a key role in how the UFC connects with global fans through digital media.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a related field such as Broadcast Journalism, Marketing, Sports Management, or a similar discipline, or within six months of graduation; Junior or Senior standing preferred.
  • Working knowledge of content management systems such as YouTube, Vimeo, WordPress, or similar platforms; ability to learn internal tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop and Premiere is preferred.
  • Interest in digital media, YouTube platforms, and the creator or influencer economy is a plus.
  • Experience with YouTube or managing a content channel is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with uploading and publishing video content within the YouTube CMS.
  • Gather and organize creative assets to support thumbnail creation and content publishing.
  • Assist with pulling and organizing footage used in the creation of YouTube videos.
  • Gather image options to be used in content thumbnails.
  • Support the team in maintaining internal data trackers used to build reports and monitor content performance.
  • Assist with monitoring content claims and supporting the appeals process, as directed.
  • Contribute to monthly planning and strategy meetings through note-taking, research, and preparation support.
  • Perform other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.
