Our TP-Link, Tapo, and Kasa official websites are core to customer education, product conversion, and global brand credibility. Today’s team structure does not allow us to maintain high UX quality or manage large-scale redesign projects with agencies. The Website UX/UI & Content Manager will lead the end-to-end UX/UI quality of TP-Link, Tapo, and Kasa websites by defining page layouts, interaction patterns, navigation structures, and ensuring consistency across sites. This role will produce wireframes, prototypes, and UX specifications that guide development teams on visual and functional requirements. The manager will also lead large-scale website redesign projects, including scope, IA, UX strategy, and rollout, and review and approve agency deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards, usability principles, and business objectives. Additionally, they will ensure brand consistency by enforcing visual guidelines, tone-of-voice standards, component usage, and content structure across all web pages, and oversee website content updates (product pages, campaigns, landing pages, support content). The role involves conducting UX audits, user behavior tracking, and analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement, monitoring website performance and engagement metrics, and creating data-backed insights and recommendations for improving user engagement, content effectiveness, and conversion pathways. Finally, the manager will maintain and evolve internal documentation, including UX guidelines, component usage rules, content governance standards, and workflows.
