About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Website Administrator to join our team. The Website Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and visually appealing. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in website administration or web development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal
• Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company website on a regular basis, including creating and editing content, adding new features, and ensuring all information is accurate and current
• Monitor website traffic and user engagement to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase traffic and conversions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and SEO
• Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix any technical issues or bugs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and user experience to continuously improve the website
• Monitor website performance and make necessary improvements to enhance user experience and increase website speed and efficiency
• Manage and maintain website security, including regular backups and updates
• Train and support staff on website maintenance and best practices
• Work with external vendors and contractors as needed to support website development and maintenance
