About The Position

RYZ is looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design principles, proficiency in using the Webflow platform, and the ability to create visually appealing and responsive websites. You will collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers.

Requirements

3+ years of professional web development experience, with a focus on Webflow.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate highly complex and ambiguous situations.
Ability to work independently with little supervision and successfully resolve ambiguity.
Willingness to learn, be open-minded to new ideas and different opinions yet knowing when to stop, analyze, and reach a decision.
Well-rounded engineering skills; full-stack development experience - web + services
