About The Position

The Web / SharePoint Developer and Administrator will develop and administer web and SharePoint capabilities while sustaining secure, accessible collaboration services.

Requirements

  • 5 years in web development and SharePoint development.
  • 5 years administering SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and SPFx.
  • Experience with permissions, site collections, content governance, templates, and workflows.
  • Experience supporting federal enterprise web and collaboration environments.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for personnel assigned to this contract.
  • A role-appropriate, favorably adjudicated background investigation is required before work begins unless the Contracting Officer approves otherwise in writing; most roles require Tier 2.
  • Regularly required to talk or hear.
  • Ability to fulfill any and all office activities normally expected in an office setting, to include, but not limited to: remaining seated for periods of time to perform computer entry, participating in filing activity, lifting and carrying office supplies.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to fifteen (15) pounds.
  • Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding).

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft 365 Developer Associate, Power Platform Developer, SharePoint Administrator, or Microsoft 365 Administrator certification.

Responsibilities

  • Develop SharePoint Online components, SPFx solutions, modern pages, workflows, automation, and custom forms.
  • Administer site collections, permissions, templates, metadata, content structures, and publishing workflows.
  • Maintain web content, navigation, performance, accessibility, and security; implement approved enhancements.
  • Support intranet modernization, user assistance, documentation, and operational continuity.
