About The Position

This role involves supporting and maintaining web and SharePoint applications. The analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements, developing enhancements, resolving production issues, and implementing solutions using various tools. Additionally, the position requires creating system documentation, monitoring application issues, providing project updates, and recommending process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical education.
  • 6+ years of application support and technical project experience.
  • Experience with web applications, SharePoint, troubleshooting, and system documentation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain web and SharePoint applications.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from end users.
  • Develop enhancements and resolve production issues.
  • Use configuration, design, and debugging tools to implement solutions.
  • Create and maintain system documentation.
  • Monitor, track, and resolve application issues and risks.
