About The Position

The Web Sales Agent is responsible for driving online sales while delivering a high-quality customer experience across phone, email, and chat channels. This role focuses on qualifying customer needs, providing expert product guidance, and converting inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly motivated, sales driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment with a strong focus on appliances and electronics sales.

Requirements

  • Sales experience required, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer focused approach
  • Proven experience communicating with customers via phone, email, and live chat
  • Ability to effectively de-escalate difficult customer interactions while maintaining service quality
  • Demonstrated ability to qualify customers and accurately assess needs
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly absorb and retain product and system knowledge
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a positive, high-energy attitude
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Team-oriented professional with a collaborative and supportive approach

Nice To Haves

  • Appliance and TV sales experience strongly preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Zendesk or Salesforce is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound web sales inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to maximize conversion rates and revenue
  • Qualify customers, assess needs, recommend appropriate products, and close sales effectively
  • Deliver a customer-first experience by demonstrating empathy, patience, urgency, and professionalism
  • De-escalate challenging or hostile customer situations while maintaining service excellence and brand standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams including customer success, store operations, logistics, and sales to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage follow-ups using CRM platforms such as Zendesk or Salesforce
  • Support omnichannel service initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of the online customer journey
  • Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and inventory, with a strong focus on appliances and electronics
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance targets in a commission based environment
  • Work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, five days per week, with availability to work any day of the week
