About The Position

Unified Group Services is seeking a full-time Web Product Coordinator in Anderson, Indiana. This role is crucial for maintaining critical systems that support healthcare decisions. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime opportunities. The Web Product Coordinator will be responsible for updating and maintaining the benefits web portal, configuring benefit plans, reviewing ID cards for quality assurance, coordinating their distribution, and resolving access issues for employees, brokers, and providers. This role involves troubleshooting challenges, collaborating across departments, and ensuring a seamless system experience to drive accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

High school diploma
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and manage confidential information
Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening

Nice To Haves

2–5 years of experience in self-funded insurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
Solid understanding of benefit plan structures, networks, and eligibility processes
